1. The Platform

Lens is a global marketplace connecting independent photographers with customers worldwide. Lens facilitates discovery, booking requests, and communication; the photography services themselves are provided by independent photographers, not by Lens or TeqBooster.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and verify your email to use the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Photographers

• Photographers need an active Lens Pro membership for their profiles and packages to appear publicly.
• Membership fees are $29 per month or $290 per year, with a 30-day free trial for new photographers. Fees may change with prior notice.
• Photographers are responsible for the accuracy of their packages, prices, and portfolios, and for honoring confirmed bookings.
• Portfolio images must be your own work and must not infringe any third-party rights.
• Photographers are independent professionals responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them, including any tax or licensing obligations in their own country.

4. Bookings & Session Payments

• A booking request becomes an agreement between customer and photographer only once the photographer confirms it.
• Payment for photography sessions is arranged directly between the customer and photographer, in whatever currency they agree. Lens does not currently process session payments and is not a party to that transaction.
• Cancellations should be made as early as possible through the platform.

5. Messaging

The in-app chat is provided for communication related to bookings. Do not use it to send unlawful, abusive, or unrelated commercial content. Conversations may be reviewed by our team if a report is filed.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real, completed session. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lens for any unlawful purpose, post content that is offensive or infringing, attempt to circumvent platform security, or misuse other users' personal information shared for booking purposes.

8. Liability

Lens provides the platform "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lens and TeqBooster are not liable for user conduct, the quality of photography services, or disputes between customers and photographers, though we may assist in resolving issues in good faith.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeqBooster operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
